If you have purchased a monthly or yearly plan and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have used less than 15 AI Credits.
Due to the short-term nature of the 'Urgent Prep' (3 days) plan, it is non-refundable once the first AI session has been initiated.
